I realised I needed to live out my passion and centre my career around health and wellbeing. The power of proper nutrition is something I see as fundamental in order to physically and mentally thrive. Inspired to learn more, in 2012 I embarked upon retraining as a Nutritional Therapist at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
I am a now a Registered Nutritional Therapist, a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and I am CNHC registered. I specialise in Sports Nutrition, Weight Management and Gut Health. For more information head to my Nutrition Page.
Initially I was attracted to yoga as a means to complement my love of physical movement, particularly running and dance. However, once I tried a more challenging dynamic flow I was hooked. For me, yoga is about expression, opening up and crucially checking out. My teaching style is energetic, a dynamic vinyasa flow with sequences which build endurance, flexibility and strength. I also teach rehab classes, intended to promote flexibility are release tension, primarily in your hips, backs, shoulders and hamstrings. For more information head to my Yoga Page.
